In response to TR I was at the sale today also and saw you putting sold stickers on many many items. Sue was very patient with you and asked you several times to pay for the items you marked sold. I would highly recommend using Organizing Life Services. I reached out to Sue because we were downsizing our house and went from a 4500 sq ft home to 2100 sq ft home and had quite a few items we wouldn’t need anymore. An estate sale seemed the best route to go. My situation became a tad complicated as we found out the buyers of our home wanted to buy a lot of our furniture. Sue was up front and honest and gave great advice for this. As a result we ended up not needing her services. We did have some items remaining but it would not have been worth having an estate sale. She referred us to a consignment store that came out and picked up the remaining pieces and we will get a portion of those sales. I can’t thank her enough for her support and advice. I will definitely use them in the future should the need arise. It’s refreshing to work with people who are up front and honest in business and sincerely try to help you solve the problem at hand.

I must share my experience with Sue during a very stressful time in my families lives…let me lead with the fact that Sue was very honest and transparent even when it wouldn’t benefit her company, placing the interest of my family first. That is a very rare quality this day and age!! I contacted Sue on a Monday morning to share my need of her services and the time sensitive nature that I needed it. She offered to meet with me that night after a VERY busy day to walk through the home to analyze the need and if was worth it for my family in time and possible expense. She was refreshingly honest, and shared her recommendation to solve which didn’t involve our benefit her company. Sue also recommended possible other solutions and made connections for me that same evening- just WOW!! Then the professionals she recommended Robert Porter, real estate agent who has investor connections was just as responsive and helpful in that same evening and over the next couple days making investor connections for me. Although elevating what was needed most for my parents was to not go the investor route, Robert worked VERY hard on our behalf to get the optimal offer from said investors. Sue and her business partners are true professionals and appreciate their genuine attempt to assist and guide my family in the direction that was best for them, to spite that they didn’t ultimately gain the business. I would recommend Sue, her company and her business partners to anyone!!

Sue was absolutely amazing from start to finish! I was dealing with a very hard time after have both of my grandparents pass, then my dad and my aunt. I was left with a property in Florida that I considered my home since I had spent over 16 years creating memories with my family in this house even though I currently reside in Texas. I could not be present a majority of the time but Sue insured me that everything would be handled and taken care of. Sue handled it with such grace and made me feel at ease about the entire situation. With her knowing I was out of the state, she went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were taken care of and that I was satisfied with their work. Sue and the team at OLS were amazing! Sue completely managed the process from beginning to end. There were no hidden fees or surprises. The few items we wanted returned if they did not sale were specified in the contract and returned at the end. They even set aside some photos and documemts that we missed. Do make sure you mark any final cleaning supplies/tools you want to keep because they sale/remove everything not specified at the end.

Have been contacting Estate Sales and Auction Houses to help in selling contents of my Moms house. Recently had the pleasure of speaking with Sue Porter at the house. She was very honest with me in letting us know that although we have lots of items, there is very little value to realize. Sue was great help with a short notice of when we needed to have our estate sale. She was able to work us in between her other sales. We had a house that was over 4,200 sq ft. and a garage that was over 2,000 sq ft. All of this was full of things we had collected over the last 38 years. There was antiques, many unique items, as well as all of the regular types of things you would normally find. M.R. was a great in getting things organized and ready for the sale. The sale had great attendance and Sue was able to sell a number of items we have had a hard time selling in the past. When the sale ended Sue had her crew come in and take all of the items we were unable to sell or donate. This made our move much easier than we had expected. We would highly recommend Sue and her staff for your estate sale.
